Beyond Reality - The Bachelor Recap 2/8/10 On the Wings of Love There are 4 ladies left this week & its time for hometown dates. Jake meets Gia in New York City where they go on a boat ride in the east river & meet her family for dinner. They end up making out on someones stoop. Next he meets Ali is Williamstown, Mass. They made leaf wishes & visited the home of her late Grandma. Then they went to her moms house for dinner & she gave him her blessing as well as Ali saying yes before he even asked. Tacky! Next he went to Newberg, Oregon where he met with Tenley. She asked him about his parents & then performed a dance for him at her old dance studio. They went to her parents house for dinner and it was a total cry fest. There wasnt a dry eye in the house. Thanks for bringing down the room Jake! The final hometown date is with Vienna in Sanford, Florida. He has a party boat ride on the river where she grew up and dinner with her family at their home. They also end up rolling around on her bed with her dad walking in on them - awkward!! Back in LA - Ali arrives at Jakes room crying. Shell lose her job if she stays on the show. They have a tearful discussion & she leaves. Rose Ceremony - Ali is escorted to Jakes holding pen. She tells him shes torn & he offers no help. She leaves the show & he tries to whip up a few tears but fails miserably. There is no rose ceremony & he happily tells the girls that next week are the overnight dates in St Lucia - Ill drink to that!
